I want to help anyone I can to lose weight and become healthier in everyway, Physically, Emotionally and Mentally. Health and Fitness is a lifestyle or a hobby. Its easy to get results through dedication and committment. You can become anything you want as long as you imagine a desired outcome, break it down step by step, and apply action to step 1. Understand that first plan you create is not concrete, you will have to adapt to your bodies needs and change things up along the way.
Wednesday - Cardio Day
Every Wednesday i will post new Cardio routines, info on which cardio exercise produces maximum results for specific bodily functions as well as muscle groups. I will give constant reminders on why cardio is important and needs to be incorporated everyday. I know its a short description but the info you will receive will be very detailed i promise.
