Tuesday - Yoga and Stretch Day

Every Tuesday i will post about Yoga routines meant for a large amount of ailments. Everything from seeking inner peace to increasing flexibility. Exercises to tone muscles and work on balance. I will cover one detailed subject every Tuesday.

Also i will incorporate new stretches to target specific muscle groups and elaborate on why stretching is important.
