Thursday - Strength Training

Yay! I love building muscle, why? It's so pretty to look at when there is more muscle than fat. Now Thursday are the days of detailed muscle group targeting on building muscle. I will cover it all, arms, chest, back, abs, thighs, hamstrings, calves, butt, shoulders, neck, lower back and everything else for that matter. Each Thursday you will receive one targeted muscle group with detailed descriptions on how to do the exercise as well overall benefits of using these exercises!
